1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Myndr symptom tracker (the "Service") operated by MyBranz, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Myndr is a personal health tracking tool that allows you to log symptoms, daily inputs (sleep, stress, caffeine, etc.), and treatments. The Service provides pattern analysis, insights, and report generation. It is designed for informational and observational purposes related to perimenopause, menopause, and hormonal transition.

3. Not Medical Advice

The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The insights and reports generated are observational only. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have seen in the Service.

4. Account and Registration

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in accordance with the plan you select. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our payment provider's policies. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to provide medical advice or diagnose others

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated data), is owned by MyBranz, Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBranz, Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through the Data & Privacy section in Settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
